Semua warga Malaysia yang ingin membuat urusan imigresen seperti pembaharuan passport, urusan konsular seperti pendaftaran kelahiran bayi dan juga urusan berkaitan dijemput hadir ke kaunter bergerak di atas. Sila daftar awal ke alamat melayu.aberdeen[@]yahoo.com untuk memudahkan pengurusan program.
Semua maklumat dan
checklist untuk urusan imigresen boleh diperolehi di www.jimlondon.net. Borang-borang asal disediakan. Pun demikian, untuk menjimatkan masa, borang-borang tersebut boleh dimuat turun melalui
capaian ini. Sila pastikan anda mematuhi spesifikasi gambar untuk urusan imigresen
seperti di sini. Jangan lupa untuk membawa semua dokumen asal yang diperlukan seperti tertulis di dalam
checklist dan juga salinannya semasa kaunter imigresen ini dibuka. Khidmat fotokopi walau bagaimanapun boleh diperolehi di kedai berhampiran.
Pendaftaran MyKid hanya boleh dibuat di Malaysia sahaja. Sebarang persoalan mengenai urusan imigresen boleh diajukan terus menerusi www.jimlondon.net, dan sebarang pertanyaan teknikaliti kaunter bergerak ini boleh diajukan menerusi melayu.aberdeen@yahoo.com.
Makluman dan Peringatan Tambahan:
1. Sila sediakan GBP7 untuk kos pos penghantaran balik passport/sijil beranak (borang W).
2. Walaupun kedai fotokopi dan kiosk fotografi hanya berada dalam radius 1 batu daripada tempat program, anda dinasihatkan untuk menyediakan sedari awal fotografi dan juga salinan dokumen yang diminta seperti di dalam
checklist di bawah.
Pihak penganjur tidak akan menyediakan khidmat fotokopi dan fotografi.3. Persatuan Melayu Aberdeen akan turut menganjurkan Food Fest 2010 pada tarikh dan tempat yang sama. Banyak gerai makanan akan dibuka. Sebahagian keuntungan pembelian adalah untuk menampung kos penganjuran kaunter bergerak ini.

Berikut adalah sebahagian contoh checklist dokumen yang diperlukan untuk tujuan imigresen.
NEW AND RENEWAL PASSPORT APPLICATIONAbove 18 years
1. Applicant must come personally with their passport and complete Form A (IM42).2. Original Malaysian Identity Card (I.C)+ One Photocopy of each side of the I.C.
3. 2 (Two) Passport Photos (Blue Colour Background, Full Face Facing the camera and decent dress (No bare chest). (3.5 cm x 5.0 cm)
4. New Passport application form is available at our office at £ 0.25 pence each.
5. Cash Payment of £ 50.00 per 32 pages passport and £ 100.00 per 64 pages passport.
Under 18 years.1. Applicant must come personally with their passport and complete Form A (IM42) available at £ 0.25 pence each.
2. Original Malaysian Identity Card (I.C)+ One Photocopy of each side of the I.C and Birth Certificate or Borang W if born outside Malaysia
3. 2 (Two) Passport Photos (Blue Colour Background, Full Face facing the camera and decent dress (No bare chest). (3.5 cm x 5.0 cm)
4. If the Father or Mother is not avaialble for the reason like Father and Mother residing in different country then the Guardian need to come with A1/B1 form that has been signed and stamped by Immigration Officer or Authorised Officer at any Malaysan Mission Overseas and they have to bring their original I.C and a photocopy
5. Cash Payment of £ 50.00 per 32 pages passport and £ 100.00 per 64 pages passport.
Under 12 years.1. Applicant must come personally with their passport and complete Form A (IM42) available at £ 0.25 pence each.
2. Original Malaysian Birth Certificate or Borang W or Citizenship Certificate if born outside Malaysia + a Photocopy of the document
3. 2 (Two) Passport Photos (Blue Colour Background, Full Face Facing the camera and decent dress (No bare chest). (3.5 cm x 5.0 cm)
4. New born baby1. New born baby Passport will only be issued once the parent have done the registration with Malaysian Consular Department and Borang “W” number have been allocated for them.
2. The requirement to make a new passport for a new born baby is the same as when you apply for Birth Certificate, i.e. Father & Mother Married Certificate, Malaysian Identitiy Card, Passport, Child UK Birth Certificate and Borang W from Consular Department (Original + copy)
3. 2 (Two) Passport Photos (Blue Colour Background, Full Baby Face Facing the camera and make sure the baby is awake not sleeping(3.5 cm x 5.0 cm)
4. The Child and their parent must come and complete Form A (IM42) available at £ 0.25 pence each.
5. Cash Payment of £ 25.00 per 32 pages passport and £ 50.00 per 64 pages passport.
